Thank you, Jim. This was a hard watch and I admit to being skeptical about using AI in this way. But this was clearly an expression of love from Manny towards his beautiful son. It was the first time I heard Joaquin and I could feel the vibrancy and kindness in his voice. The world lost an amazing young man.
Your respect and care towards Joaquin’s family was evident throughout and it’s wonderful that you could be there for your friend. Happy birthday, Joaquin.
Maxwell was also sexually abusing the young people in addition to the trafficking. Yes, sickening is the word for moving her to a camp style environment when she'd already been in a low security prison. 20 years is what she should serve; no cutting time for "good behavior", because that really would not count against the horrors she imposed on those pitifully young people.
I can see how Joaquin’s voice living through his parents is desired. I can’t imagine what they are going through. AI frightens me , yet I see the benefits as well. Happy Heavenly Birthday to Joaquin. I’m thankful hearing his voice blesses Manny and his family. Gun violence can be helped. We can help stop gun deaths. Sensible gun laws are soooooo needed. That is the strong message.
This was just fantastic. This father has done such a wonderful job. I lost a son at the age of 23 and this brought back so many memories, both good and bad. It made me cry, both sad and happy tears. My thoughts go out to this family.
I can’t begin to imagine the pain and suffering that the Oliver family has endured. However, I found the AI interview troubling - I think it might have been you asking questions and acting like you were having a conversation.
Please proceed with greater caution in the future.
Hopefully the good that can come out of this is that even the most ardent Trump fans will recognize the truly evil nature of Donald Trump and recognize that he is literally willing to coddle a child predator to protect himself.
Wow, that was unbelievable….but also beautiful for the parents of Joaquin to share. Yes, Joaquin should be here to celebrate his 25th birthday. As a part of an extended family who have lost members of a younger generation , even ones grown up, it is heartbreaking. Losing a child to violence has to be horrific. I hope Manny and his wife find some peace.
For me, this is very sad and a bit creepy. There was a shooting at my son's school in 1988 and I have shared the grief with parents, the families and friends of those who are forever changed after the trauma of a mass shooting in their supposedly 'safe' space. The tragedy is that so many Americans put their desire to possess weapons of war over our citizens' lives. So much violence anesthetizes people toward the horror of these killings. I grieve for my country and its people.
Thank-You Jim and Rep Talarico, Thank-You for fighting for our democracy! It’s definitely depressing to see the sick corruption going on in our government and all the extremism being pushed on the internet. We have to stand as one all of us across this country together solidarity

Thank you so much for having Rep. James Talarico on your show today, Jim. Texas needs more elected officials like him!
Also, Brian Fantana = Paul Rudd. Sex Panther!!!!
I was close to tears watching that video of Joaquin, knowing that that young man and his incredible future were cut short. Much love to his family.
Thank you, Rep. Talarico. I thank all of you in Texas for making this statement.

Thank you, Mr. Acosta. Thank you to your staff also.

This whole Epstein thing is horrible! She does not deserve special treatment!
