He also did NOT have authorization to work while pursuing his startup in the US.
Hey Jim! Love the show! But for some reason for the last week, give or take a day, I have been unable to to watch. I try but the feed is having a load issue. I can see comments and even comment, but can't view or hear video. You have a new format and I think that is causing some viewers to not be able to view. You'll lose viewers if it isn't resolved. Anyway, just an FYI. I'll keep trying to watch live video for a bit as I love your show. Just sucks not being able to see it.. doubt I'm the only one too as the first day lots of people complained of the same thing. But I don't think it's necessary wide spread idk. Cheers.
Hello ! Same issue from my end. I've done all the AI support technical -solving cues and none works. Says it's something to do with my device that's an Android. It works on the computer (browser). Many of us in the chat could chat but nothing else. The stream would freeze after 10-15 seconds.
Same problem with me - it freezes up every few seconds and I can't watch. I went over to YouTube and it was fine there. Other Substack lives are also okay. Whatever the problem is, it's specific to this livestream and (I suspect) the app.
I've had the same problem watching the last three shows live on the Substack app. It's been quite frustrating having the video and audio freeze every 5 seconds. I could watch the show on my computer, but prefer to watch it on my phone.
I found a workaround during today's show and posted it in the live feed. It works perfectly if you go to the Substack website and log in. No issues at all. Having said that, it would be great if it would work normally again on the app.
It sounds like most people are having a problem on an android device, not on the computer. (It would help to mention what you’re viewing from when you have an issue — it could be that it’s too much bandwidth for the device.)
It’s not likely the source, it’s more the device upon which it’s being viewed and how that handles bandwidth. If it’s just android devices, they might be able to stream all android devices to a slightly lower bandwidth version.
and my devices and internet in the desert cant follow video can watch on utube usually and follow the text when available this used to be the job of the corporates but now influencers have to set up the best way to make everybody happy has that ever happened even in your own family
