The felon is nose deep in the Epstein scandal, no doubt about it!

I am very afraid that all the Epstein files are just simply going to disappear and hope there are lots of copies around.

Also, I never for one minute believed Epstein committed suicide. Remember, it happened in 2019 and who was president then?

His lawyer has the list but cannot release it because of attorney client privilege

what happens when the client is dead? the client holds the privilege. i don't remember that from law school. law school was a long time ago.

AND djt was running AGAIN for President. Epstein probably could have squashed that Presidential run by telling what he knew. That’s probably why he became dead.

I don’t want to hear from ANY Epstein. Jim—why would you do this??!

i think it's in the public interest because this has all become such a major issue. i think jim is serving the public interest by interviewing epstein's brother.

We all know he was murdered, so what will his brother say to add to that story?

He wasn’t there.

We all know the surveillance tape of his prison cell is missing 1+ minute.

Can he shed any light on that?

Does he have the power to get the Epstein tapes released?

How in the « public interest », then, does it serve us to listen to him?

More like prurient interest.

What is your point? Just let everything drop under the table and let all these rich, powerful white men get away with what they did to these very young girls?

The way I see it, the only two people who were really punished were Ghislaine Maxwell, deservedly so, and Andrew, kind of, but not really.

Completely non-responsive to MY point.

Did my not wanting to hear from shitty Epstein’s bro indicate in ANY WAY, that I think that we should let it all drop?

It. Did. Not.

Piggyback your thought where it makes sense.

So what exactly IS your point? You have still not made that clear. Perhaps you should spell it out so we dummies can understand it also.

Did you not find valuable his insight about the autopsy that he attended? Or his description of how the SHU is set up? Or the details of the description of the ligature marks around Jeffrey's neck? Or his brother's comment in 2016 that he (Jeffrey) had information about Trump that would keep him out of the White House? Just because he may appear to some as distasteful does not mean he does not bring value to the conversation and investigation.

If you listened to the interview with Mark Epstein you might have heard that it doesn’t really matter how many minutes are missing from that video because the video doesn’t actually show Jeff Epstein’s cell which was on a different tier. If they’d lie about what the video shows, with or without the missing time, what else are they lying about?

Maxwell filed a petition asking the Supreme Court to review her conviction based on the 2007 non-prosecution agreement.

The DOJ submitted its reply today, urging the Court to reject her appeal.

Now, the Justices will privately review the petition and the government’s response to decide whether to grant certiorari (to take up the case).

So Trump is definitely blocking her from saying anything. I would not be surprised if she gets a pardon and disapppears out of the country.

WOW . . . a major score Jim getting Jeffrey Epstein's brother Mark on your show. Kudos! Having him on is the next best thing after Maxwell. I said it the other day and bears repeating. Your ability is uncanny getting guests on who can give insight into today's current events. BRAVO!

Jim, thank you for keeping this Epstein file alive. We may end up finding out what really is in there and maybe this will be the straw that breaks the camels back. I think your instincts are really telling you something.

Jim, leave it to you to burrow into this VITAL fact and coverup evidenced by so much. I have a recording and photograph of Virginia Guiffre’s evidence of Jeffrey’s little black book of contacts with Trump and all his many phone numbers beneath his name just like all the other contacts including Prince Andrew who was compelled by the UK press to admit he abused underaged girls Jeff trafficked. Jeff used his info to control wealthy clients. The 14 year old Trump and Jeff assaulted filed a complaint (available on line) and when her family received death threats, she withdrew it. Jeff was willing to talk rather than serve time as would Gislaine Maxwell but she isn’t saying a word to shorten her sentence. One wonders why.

No matter what you think of Jeffrey Epstein, you have to feel for his brother who's left wondering if his brother committed suicide or was murdered, and whether the current WH occupant is covering it up. I feel for the guy. He deserves answers - and so do we, the American public.

I do not know but given the seriousness of the case, there must be a legal mechanism to open this up. However, people forget this stems from the initial lawsuit 25 years ago almost. Search Barry Krischer and Alex Acosta. The cover-up was deep when this all begun in Florida. The players managed to keep this sealed for 25 years. I have very little hope. Journalism is dead and everyone is afraid to speak.
